I use an integrative approach of different types of therapy: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
